A group of Patna Medical College and Hospital Doctor led by chest specialist surgeon Dr Subhash Chandra Jha successfully conducted an operation of an youth Lalit Kumar ( a truck cleaner by profession) who suffered grievous injuries when an iron rod pierced through his chest in a road mishap. The PMCH doctors took out the 6 feet-long 25mm rod after the two-hour-long operation.
