Thousands participated in the Parivartan Rally called by CPI-ML to expose the misrules of NDA government in Bihar and UPA government in Centre at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on November 9, 2012. Addressing the meeting CPI-ML general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya said long-awaited campaign for Parivartan (change) would begin from Bihar. He also called upon the left and democratic forces to join hands together to form political alternative.
