The challenges of inclusive development in rural Bihar discussed

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi released a book "The Challenges of Inclusive Development in Rural Bihar" at a function organised by Institute of Human Development, New Delhi, in Patna on December 23, 2012. Planning Commission member Abhijit Sen, economist Jerry Rogers, Bihar Government's Planning and Development Department Secretary Vijoy Prakash and economist Anjan Mukherjee were present on the occasion.
Addressing the function, Modi said development of backward states is must for inclusive growth in the country.
