Workshop held on 'Partyless democracy, electoral reforms and Lokpall Bill'

Talash, a NGO, organised a workshop on "Partyless democracy, electoral reforms and Lokpall Bill" at IMA Hall in Patna on December 16, 2012. Bihar's Planning and Development Department Principal Secretary Vijoy Prakash inaugurated the workshop. Speaking on the occasion, Vijoy Prakash hoped that about two lakhs elected representatives of the Panchayati Raj would take over the reins of political leadership in the India in the coming years.
