All India Winter Camp for Artists begins in Patna
Three-day All India Winter Camp for Artists began at Bharatiya Nritya Kala Mandir in Patna on January 5, 2013. Vinay Kumar, director, cultural work directorate, inaugurated the camp. Noted artist Professor Shyam Sharma was the special guest at the opening function.
