Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bihar unit held its newly constituted working committee meeting in Patna on March 17, 2013. Bihar DEputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, MPs Shatrughan Sinha, Shahnawaz Hussain, Ravi Shankar Prasad, several Bihar Ministers and state BJP chief Mangal Pandey were among the prominent leaders participated in the meeting. The meeting has decided to hold much-publicised Hoonkar Rally on October 27 instead of April 15.
