Bihar Diwas celebrations begin in style
The 101st statehood celebrations of Bihar called Bihar Diwas drew huge enthusiasm as thousands of people thronged Gandhi Maidan well before the start of the official function in Patna on March 22, 2013. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the function.
