Patna Police arrested 17 persons and claimed to have busted three separate gangs, who were allegedly involved in loot, theft and manufacturing of fake heena (mehandi) cases, from different parts of Patna on May 18, 2013. Talking to media, Patna Senior SP Manu Maharaj said police had also recovered some looted cell phones, cash, country-made pistols, live cartridges a motorcycle and other valuable from their possessions.
