Diesel engine makes trial run on newly-built Koderma-Hazaribagh railway line

A Diesel engine made a trial run on the newly-built 80km-long Koderma-Hazaribagh railway line of the East Central Railway on December 22, 2013. The new railway line is the part of the new Koderma-Hazaribagh-Barkakana-Ranchi project. Koderma-Hazaribagh railway line was constructed at a cost of Rs 940.51 crore. Local people greeted the engine on each station on the way.
