Louis Braille's birth anniversary celebrated
The 205th birth anniversary celebrations of Louis Braille was celebrated at BN College in Patna on January 4, 2014. Bihar Rural Works and Panchayati Raj Minister Bhim Singh was the chief guest at the function.
