Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar laid the foundation stone of International Convention Centre near Gandhi Maidan in Patna on February 8, 2014. The 5000-seat capacity centre will be constructed at a estimated cost of Rs 490 crore in 11.82 acres of land with a built up area of 54,670 square feet.
