Sangeet Bihan organised at Eco Park
Sangeet Bihan programme was organised at Eco Park in Patna on May 31, 2014. Bihar Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Vinay Bihari was the chief guest in the function. The minister also felicitated vocal and instrumental artists on the occasion.
