Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi inaugurated Hariyali Samagam 2014, a function organised by state environment and forest department, at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on September 18, 2014. Bihar Environment and Forest Minister PK Shahi and principal secretary of the environment and forest department Vivek Singh were present on the occasion. The Chief Minister also release a souvenir of the department. He also felicitated four persons for the contribution in environment protection.
