Kashmir flood-relief van flagged off
Bihar Food and Consumer Protection Minister Shyam Rajak flagged off flood-relief materials loaded van for Jammu and Kashmir from Patna on September 15, 2014.The relief materials were sent by Bihar State Building Construction Corporation.
