PhD student's death sparks resentment in IIT Patna
Resentment prevailed among the students of IIT Patna following death of fellow students Rupesh Kumar Pandey owing to poor medical facility available on the campus. Pandey, who was a PhD student in the institute, died in a private hospital in Patna on October 14, 2014.
