State-level conference marks World Toilet Day
A state-level conference was organised at Rabindra Bhavan in Patna on November 18, 2014 to mark the World Toilet Day. Union Minister of State for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water and Sanitation Upendra Kushwaha inaugurated the conference.
