Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi inaugurated the 39th Junior National Badminton Championships at the Patliputra Sports Complex hall in Patna on December 20, 2014. Manjhi also played badminton along with Bihar Food and Consumer Welfare Minister Shyam Rajak.
