'Bihar will not be benefited by the recommendations of 14th Finance Commission'
Addressing a Press conference in Patna on February 25, 2015, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar criticised the recommendation of the 14th Finance Commission to raise grants by 10 per cent to 42 per cent stating states like Bihar would not be benefited to the extent as claimed by the Union Government.
