Rich tributes paid to Ram Manohar Lohia
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar paid floral tributes to Dr Ram Manohar Lohia on the latter's birth anniversary in Patna on March 23, 2015. A State Government function was also held to celebrate the birth anniversary of great socialist leader.
