'Famine-like situation in Bihar'

CPI-ML (Liberation) blamed Bihar government for not taking any initiative to tackle famine-like situation prevailing in some parts of the state. The party alleged that 15 persons had died of starvation in Bihar so far. CPI-ML (Liberation) state secretary Nand Kishore Parasad disclosed it in a press conference in Patna on September 9, 2009.
