Tata Teleservices Limited launched a new plan "Pay Per Call" under its Tata Indicom CDMA services in Patna on September 1, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Aasheesh Verma, Chief operating officer (Tata Indicom Bihar Circle) said under the scheme subscribers would be charged a fixed rate of Re one for all local calls and Rs 3 for STD calls to all mobiles and landline regardless of call duration.
