Mass convention on land reforms in Bihar

CPI-ML (Liberation) general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya urged the poor and common people to raise their voice for enforcing land reforms commission report in Bihar.

Addressing his party workers meeting in Patna on October 10, 2009, Bhattacharya said since the Bihar government was relcutant to implement land reforms, the poor would have to stand up to claim their rights.
