Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a meeting with senior police officers in Patna on October 10, 2009.Addressing the meeting Bihar Chief Minister said that fear-free society is the goal of his government. He asked the police superintendents to solve land disputes in their respective districts amicably.
