Sushil Kumar Modi of BJP was sworn in as a cabinet minister in the oath-taking ceremony at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on November 26, 2010. He will be the deputy chief minister of Bihar. Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar administered the oath of the office and secrecy to Modi.
