Jan Adhikar Party workers lathicharged
Police resorted to lathicharge to tame Jan Adhikar party workers who sought to go ahead with their Raj Bhavan march crossing the prohibited area at JP roundabout (Gandhi Maidan) in Patna on January 24, 2017. Several Jan Adhikar Party workers and police personnel were injured in the clash.

The other side of Tej Pratap Yadav
Bihar Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav played flute in a khatal (cowshed) on the first day of the New Year in Patna on January 1, 2017. Tej Pratap, a God-fearing Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader, had spent a week in Mathura and Vrindavan recently to offer prayers to Lord Krishna in different temples of the religious city. Tej Pratap is the elder son of RJD president Lalu Prasad.
