ReplyDeleteI really appreciate the Mahua channel in organising the Realty show to promote Bhojpuri language. Performances of some of the new artists are excellent and they should be encouraged. Both Maliniji and Kalpanaji are doing excellent job in guiding and correcting the new artists. I have a few suggestions for you, if you could consider for future programmes:
1. If you add Nagada( say Nakarra) among the musical instruments, it will have a better impact.
2. The real Bhojpuri tune touches the heart of the listeners only if it is presented with proper settings. Mixing of tunes drawn from other languages spoils the 'kasak' or 'tis'.
3. Respected Shri Hari Prasad Chaurasiya's judgements about the presentations of various artists performed on 4th July,2009 are true assessment of the artists. It was because,in my view, he had the occasions to listen to unmixed Bhojpuri performance staged in the rural villages in the olden days.
4. Manoj Ji, I suggest that you should benefit the viewers of Mahua channel with Bhojpuri Nautaki/Naach with the artists drawn from rural villages. This will go a long way in promoting Bhojpuri among our younger generation.
