Senior Congress leader and in-charge of Bihar Congress affairs, Jagdish Tytler and another senior leader Sagar Raika, who was the special guest, participated in the state-level meeting of the party leaders, district and block committee presidents at Sadaquat Ashram in Patna on October 19, 209.The meeting discussed the future political strategy and ways to strengthen the organization for playing a meaningful role in the next Assembly election.
