In a day-long tour, India’s Vice-President M Hamid Ansari reached Patna on February 28, 2010 to participate in Bihar Government organized functions to commemorate the 125th birth anniversary of Deshratna Dr Rajendra Prasad, first President of India and on the occasion of his 47th death anniversary.The day began with Governor of Bihar Debanand Konwar and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar welcoming the Vice-President of India M Hamid Ansari, at Patna Airport (photo 1 and 2).
