Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) state president Abdul Bari Siddiqui released a “People’s Report Card” on the five-year rule of Nitish Kumar-led NDA government in Bihar in Patna on July 11, 2010.The report card accused the Bihar government on several fronts including rampant corruption in the administration, lack of industrial development, denying the minorities their dues, failing to tackle Naxal problem and poor law and order situation.
