Seminar on rural and urban concrete roads organised

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organised a seminar on rural and urban concrete roads in Patna on April 5, 2011. Bihar Road Construction Minister Nand Kishore Yadav inaugurated the seminar. Addressing the seminar, speakers said concrete roads are more effective during natural disaster in comparison to bitumen roads.
