Communist Party of India (CPI) general secretary AB Bardhan said the draft Lokpal Bill is ’extremely weak’ and it requires amendments to make it strong and effective to rein in corruption. Talking to reporters in Patna December 14, 2011 , he said CPI had placed a clear demand for bringing the prime minister within the ambit of Lokpal.
