US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Wendy R Sherman and A Peter Butleigh, interim US Ambassador to India, were in Patna on April 3, 2012. They US envoys met Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and held talks on development issues. They also held meeting with entrepreneurs, community leaders, analysts, NGO activists and State Government officials on trends of development and governance in the State.
