Lalu's Parivartan Yatra reaches Katihar
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad addressed a public meeting under his 'Parivartan Yatra' in Katihar on November 7, 2012. Addressing the meeting Lalu Prasad said that his party would give permanent jobs under regular pay scales to fixed-pay teachers if returned to power in next Assembly election.
