Bihar will be gainer under the recommendations of 14th Finance Commission, says Sushil Modi

While talking to media in Patna on February 27, 2015, Senior BJP leader an former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi said Bihar would get more funds under the recommendation of the 14th Finance Commission. Modi rejected Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar contention that Bihar would be a loser in terms of financial devolution.
