Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar inaugurated the newly constructed veterinary clinical complex in Patna on October 7, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Bihar Governor called upon the veterinary scientists for underatking quality reserach to provide better servies to the poor people of the state.
