Bihar Pradesh Marwari Sammelan will organise Deepawali Utsav at New Patna Club on October 11, 2009.Talking to media in Patna on October 9, 2009, the office-bearers of the association said several functions would be organised in the Utsav. Members of its 153 brances from all over Bihar would take part in it.
