Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated a help centre of Commercial Taxes department in Patna on October 5, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Modi said e-payment and e-return would be made mandatory for all traders in Bihar from April next.
