Indian Vice-President Mohammad Hamid Ansari was given a warm welcome by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on his arrival in Patna on December 12, 2009.The Vice-President arrived here by a special plane of the Army at Jayprakash Narayan International Airport where he was welcomed by Bihar Chief Minister his cabinet collegaues and Bihar Assembly speaker Udai Narayan Choudhary and several others.
