Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Ramkripal Yadav and Shakeel Ahmed Khan addressed a press confernce to highlight the mischief of Bihar government in Patna on February 12, 2010.RJD demanded a CBI probe into an alleged excise scam involving irregularities in awarding tenders for country liquor by the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar.
Quoting a press report they said "none other than the minister of Excise department has highlighted existence of the scam involving Rs 500 crore."
"The loot of public money can't be tolerated", Khan said and alleged "It could not not have been possible without the knowledge of the Chief Minister."
