Grand Tiranga Yatra Held in Patna Under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’

Patna: The Bihar Government’s Department of Art, Culture and Youth Affairs organised a grand Tiranga Yatra from JP Golambar to Kargil Chowk in Patna on August 10, 2026, under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan-2026’, led by Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary. The march, which reflected a strong spirit of patriotism and national unity, saw enthusiastic participation from a large number of students, young people and members of the public.

For the convenience and service of participants in the Tiranga Yatra, the Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Limited (COMFED) set up a special ‘Sudha’ stall along the route. The stall provided free Sudha drinking water, lassi and buttermilk, along with other beverages, to those taking part in the march.

On the occasion, Bihar Government Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit inspected the ‘Sudha’ stall. During the visit, COMFED Chairman-cum-Managing Director Sirshat Kapil Ashok welcomed the Chief Secretary by presenting him with a bouquet.

Students, young people and other dignitaries participating in the Tiranga Yatra availed themselves of the chilled and nutritious beverages at the ‘Sudha’ stall. Amid the intense summer heat, the provision of free refreshments proved highly useful and provided much-needed relief to those taking part in the march.
