Vice Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General SK Singh meets Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar



Vice Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General SK Singh called on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at the latter's official residence in Patna on January 25, 2013. Singh also presented a memento to Kumar.
