Bihar Electricity Regularity Commission held Public Hearing on ARR and Tariff petition of Bihar State Electricity Board for financial year 2011-12 in Patna on May 16, 2011. Representatives of different set of consumers put forward their pleas against the proposed tariff hike before the chairman of the commission UN Panjiar and members RN Sharma and MM Sahay.
