Abducted agent recovered

Patna Police recovered a non-banking company agent Shailendra Pandey from Kasba diyara of Begusarai district on August 25, 2014. Shailendra was abducted by two criminals on gun point from Shahri village of Barh recently. Abductors were demanding a ransom of Rs 50 lakh for safe return of the agent.

Patna Police recover little baby Tahira from the clutches of abductor

Patna Police recovered 21-month-old Tahira, the granddaughter of retired IAS officer MW Anjum, from  Islampur-Fatuha railway track at Muraiyra village under Fatuha police station on June 18, 2014.  Tahira was abducted allegedly by Anjum's family driver Raju Yadav on June 17. Police also arrested Raju Yadav.

Kidnapped school boy recovered

Patna Police have rescued a Gyan Niketan class VIII student Roshan from the clutches of abductors on April 12, 2011. Police also arrested a close relative of Roshan in this connection. The abduction was carried out at the behest of Roshan's aunt Renu Devi for a ransom of Rs 20 lakh, police said.

'Kidnapped' school boy recovered

Patna Police recovered the boy Anuvansham, a student of AVN School from Dharhara area of Munger district. Talking to reporters in Patna on February 17, 2011, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, Alok Kumar said the boy had himself staged manged the kidnapping drama with his friends to collect a ransom of Rs 6 lakh from his parents.

Patna Police rescue abducted Don Bosco Academy student

Patna Police rescued abducted Don Bosco Academy student Ravi Roshan from the clutches of kidnappers in Jamshedpur and brought the boy back to Patna on May 12, 2010. Police arrested seven persons in this connection.
