National symposium on 'Ethics in Science and Technology'

Director IIT, Patna, Anil Kumar Bhowmik inaugurates a national symposium on “Ethics in Science and Technology” at Patna Women’s College in Patna on August 22, 2009.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhowmik stressed upon on the importance of dissemination of ethical values among people. He said a code of ethics should be followed in all situations.

Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library organised its annual lecture series in Patna on August 2, 2009. On the first day the topic was "Legal History of Modern India-Lessons and Trend". Acting Chief Justice of the Patna High Court Justice Shiva Kirti Singh delivered the key note address.
