Bihar Government's labour reference book released

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi release labour reference  book in Patna on March 7, 2013. The book is published by the Labour Resources Department. Labour Resources Minister Janardan Singh Sigriwal presided over the function.
