Sibal lays foundation stone of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology at Bihta

Union minister of Communications and Information Technology, law and justice Kapil Sibal laid the foundation stone of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) at Bihta (about 30-km west from Patna) on July 3, 2013. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Education Minister PK Shahi were present on the occasion.
