Night-long rain causes water-logging in several areas of Patna

Patna, July 1, 2022: Several areas of Patna witnessed water-logging due to the night-long intermittent rains that continued till Friday morning causing hardship to commuters. Some roads of the city were under knee-deep water. Due to lack of proper drainage system, rain water remained stagnant. However, civic administration claimed that per-monsoon preparations have been taken by cleaning the small and big drains of the city.

Rain brings misery for citizens

Many areas of Patna including Patliputra Telephone Exchange, in front of Loyola School and Bihari Sao Lane witnessed water-logging after brisk rainfall in city on June 29, 2022.

Rain lashes Patna

 After a dry spell coupled with heat and humidity, moderate to heavy rains lashed Patna on June 29, 2022. The rain caught the commuters off guard.
