Lawyers protest amendments in Advocates Act

Patna, April 15, 2017: Lawyers took out a rally and staged dharna at Civil Court here on Saturday under the banner of Adhivakta Sangathan Sangharsh Morcha (Patna) demanding scrapping of Advocates Act (2017)  Amendment Bill and creation of autonomous All India Judicial Services Commission.

Lawyers strike work to protest amendments in Advocates act

Patna, March 31, 2017: Patna High Court wore a deserted look following strike by lawyers on Friday. The lawyers across the state struck their work and took out procession in protest against the proposed amendments in Advocates Act.
