NBT to organise book fair in Patna

National Book Trust (NBT) in collaboration with Human Resources Development Department will organise nine-day long book fair at Gandhi Maidan in Patna from November 11 to 19. Talking to reporters in Patna on November 9, 2011, the organisers said about 170 publishers will put up their stalls in the Patna National Book Fair.

The second day of the 35th National Book Fair-Patna drew thousands of booklovers to Gandhi Maidan in Patna on November 8, 2009.
Visitors of all age group specially kids with their parent thronged stalls to get the latest of the world of books. As the day passed by, the venue turned full packed. Games and Science CDs and VCDs along with computer and competition books showed the major demand.
