A placement agency duped 57 unemployed youths la in the pretext of providing them jobs in Gulf countries in Patna on December 31, 2013. The victims said placement agency men took Rs 35,000 from each candidate for providing them job.

7 held; job racket busted in Patna

Patna Police arrested seven persons from Ashiana Galaxy Tower located at Exhibition Road on the charges of duping unemployed youth for providing jobs in agriculture and small industry sectors in Patna on July 23, 2013. The arrested persons had collected several lakhs of rupees from the job-seekers.

Unemployed youth duped

Several unemployed youth were duped by 365 Bazar on the pretext of providing them jobs in the company. The victims lodged complaint with the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) at the latter's Janata Darbar in Patna on February 28, 2013 stating that they had depsoited money in the company for the job.

Six held for running job racket in Patna

Patna Police unearthed a fake placement agency and arrested six persons on the charges of duping unemployed youths of lakhs of rupees for providing them jobs in Patna on October 30, 2012. Police conducted raid on ICD Company located at Shambhu Nath Plaza on Jamal Road and seized Rs 1.5 lakh in cash, certificates, appointment letters, interview call letters and other related documents.

Railway job racket busted in Patna

Patna Police claimed to have busted a fake railway recruitment racket and arrested seven persons from Patrakar Nagar area on April 7, 2011. Police seized fake documents like admit cards, mark sheets, ITI certificates as well as the original certificates of the job aspirants.
